These terms cover photography services supplied by Motion Memory (Shawn Wilson), Cookeville, TN 38501, USA. Effective 21 August 2026.
A date is held only after a signed agreement and the retainer stated in it. An inquiry through this website does not reserve a date. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Weddings: a sneak peek within 3 days and the full gallery within 30 days of the wedding. Minis and graduation: gallery within 14 days. Galleries are delivered by private link and stay online for at least 12 months.
Motion Memory keeps the copyright in all images. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to print, share and publish your images for personal use, including social media. Commercial use requires written agreement. We may use images for our portfolio only with your written permission, per the Privacy Policy.
We work within venue rules and weather. If a ceremony location or timing changes, tell us as early as you can — we are flexible, but we cannot guarantee coverage of events we are not told about. Unsafe or unlawful requests on the day are declined.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. If equipment failure or data loss prevents delivery, the remedy is a reshoot where possible or a full refund. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
